Thanks for helping to make the 2010 Senior Spectacular an event to remember...

Hello and Thank You for Volunteering!

 Dear Senior Parents,

We need your help to make this year’s Senior Spectacular a fabulous one. We, the senior parents, are responsible for the entire event. We plan, present, and clean up. There are many, many hours that go into planning the Senior Spectacular so it will be Spectacular.

To make the Senior Spectacular a success we will need at least 200-250 parent volunteers. Set up will begin Friday afternoon, April 20th at 3:00 p.m. and continue Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. We will also need parents to volunteer to help the night of the event (April 21st from 6:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.) to chaperone and work the different areas. Take down will start Sunday afternoon about 12:45 p.m. Some of set up and take down involves constructing the French Quarter and Airport areas. Construction is typically done by the fathers because tools are involved and some heavy lifting is needed. We welcome both parents to come and experience this event.

Please fill out the volunteer sign up form and let us know what area or areas you would be willing to work. There are many spots that need to be filled. You will be called or emailed as to the area you are assigned.

Please consider helping us make the Senior Spectacular 2012 a lasting memorable event for your senior!
